Camp Niwana is a summer camp located in Woodville, Texas that has been providing a safe and exciting environment for kids from grades K-12 for 70 years. From Woodville to Lufkin, Nacogdoches to Lumberton, Beaumont to Orange and Port Arthur, our camp has welcomed generations of young people from all walks of life. With a sprawling 60-acre property that features two lakes, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and a diverse range of activities, our experienced counselors and instructors strive to create a welcoming environment where campers can be themselves and feel included.

Prepare for a journey into the great unknown! This summer, trade your compass for a telescope and join us for Under the Stars at Camp Niwana—a magical week of discovery that reaches for the cosmos. Campers will embark on an epic adventure filled with celestial games, galaxy-inspired crafts, and thrilling challenges that explore the wonders of the night sky. From building their own model rockets to embarking on nighttime constellation quests, every day will bring a new corner of the universe to explore. Campers will dive into glow-in-the-dark activities, astronaut training challenges, and starlit storytelling while building friendships that shine as bright as the Milky Way. Wacky Olympics Week (JUNE 14-20)
Get ready to flip, flop, and cheer for the most delightfully unpredictable event of the summer! Join us for Wacky Olympics at Camp Niwana—a wild week of side-splitting competition where creativity counts as much as hustle. Campers will dive into a whirlwind of zany games, offbeat crafts, and laugh-out-loud challenges inspired by the silliest sports around. From designing their own outrageous team uniforms to competing in dizzy relay races, egg-and-spoon obstacle courses, and three-legged tug-of-war, every day will bring a new chance to go for the giggles. Campers will splash through wacky water events, earn points for teamwork and imagination, and celebrate the true spirit of friendly fun. If your camper(s) is attending a full week of camp, please send $650 for each camper. If your camper(s) is attending a half-week of camp, please send $450 for each camper. If your camper(s) is attending day camp, please send $350 for each camper.
